All watches are shipped fully insured with DHL Express. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment, and you receive a track & trace code as soon as your payment is confirmed. Bare Watches is responsible for the shipment until it has been delivered to you.

You may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Return shipping is at your own expense, or you can return the watch in person in Berlicum. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

Bare Watches provides a 12-month warranty on all timepieces from the date on your invoice. The warranty covers manufacturing defects.

Excluded are water damage, crowns and pushers, the crystal, the strap and clasp, and damage caused by misuse, accidents or third parties.

You can request an appointment to see this watch in Berlicum. Our watches are kept in external secure storage, so please request well in advance. We review every request first: we contact you, may ask for a valid ID, and only then confirm the appointment.
